What to Expect With SafeSide

We believe in doing things guided by collaboration, care, and clarity. Whatever your setting or role, we’ll work alongside you to build something that fits, not something that’s simply applied.

What Happens Next

After you decide to move forward, here’s what happens:

  • We finalise the plan: confirming timelines, contracts and roles.
  • Training, onboarding, or orientation, where needed.
  • Work begins — delivery of content, support tools, resources.
  • Monitoring and evaluation feedback loops so we can adjust as needed.

SafeSide doesn’t walk away after launch. We stay involved to provide ongoing support and help embed changes so they last.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does this process take?

It depends on the scope. For simpler setups, things can move quickly. For more customized or organization-wide pathways, we’ll agree upfront on milestones.

What are the costs?

That depends on the program choice and the size of your organization. We aim to keep things cost-transparent and aligned with your goals and budget.

Do I need to customize to use SafeSide’s teachings?

No. SafeSide’s programs and offerings are used in organizations as is and are designed to engage, unite, and support diverse workforces, serving diverse populations in diverse locations to think, act, and communicate with common principles and best practices.

But for organizations that require a more tailored learning experience, SafeSide Prevention’s instructional design and video production team (called the InPlace Productions team) partners with collaborating entities to fund and tailor content to ensure maximum relevance and learning transfer for your setting, population, and culture.
