What type of technical assistance can be provided for implementing SafeSide?
A ton of assistance! To help the practice plan the launch and roll-out training, a member of the SafeSide team meets with the project lead(s) at least twice--an initial orientation that walks through the simple steps to get started, and then a follow-up meeting to make sure everything is going smoothly. We are also available as needed to answer questions via email, calls, or chat.
There is the Community of Practice website where people post questions or get advice from the broader SafeSide community and our team. We also encourage leadership teams and individual staff to participate in monthly office hours to interact with our team and other subscribers around the world. Technical assistance is available for as long as they choose to subscribe with us--the annual per person fee covers all the ongoing learning -- refreshers, updates, community of practice, and ongoing technical assistance.
