Where can I find my Completion and/or CME Certificate?

Completion Certificate. Your Completion Certificate is posted in your SafeSide Account within 24 hours of submitting your post-workshop evaluation. Login to retrieve it.

Continuing Medical Education (CME). Participants who are eligible for CMEs (MDs, DOs, Physician Assistants) can request to receive 3 AMA Category 1 Continuing Medical Education(CME) credits when they submit their post-workshop evaluation. The CMEs are provided by the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and accredited by ACCME to certify continuing medical education for physicians. If you requested CMEs when you submitted your post-evaluation, the University of Rochester issues these. You will receive a notification from SafeSide with instructions on how to access your CME transcript as soon as the University makes them available.
